Gonal F - ????

Did it work for you? Meaning how many eggs/follies did you get?

Did you use other meds for stim while taking the gonal f?

I am 39 and going through IVF... I have already had 1 round that did not work so we are doing a second round with Gonal F I used a different medication the first round and we only got 7 eggs, and only 4 made it to transfer and out of the 4 none of them took...

I have used Gonal-F for 2 cycles now (am in the lovely 2WW!)  I have only one ovary & was put on 150  from CD3-CD9 then triggered CD10 cuz my foliles were great I had 3 big ones that matured nicely 20-23.  Sadly though, no BFP :( But we did TI  We really don't have fertility issues, it's just that I am now 40 YIKES! LOL
So this month same thing, but 2 were growing a bit faster on the same dosage of 150 so I only took it for 6 nights, triggered on CD9 IUI on CD10 pre O, then CD11 just after O. . Plus we BD on CD7 & CD 8....jsut to be more sure! :)
SO I do feel Gonal-F works nicely, & my RE doesn't like to see more than 3 per ovary on an IUI cycle.

I was on Gonal F and luveris, i had 23 mature eggs retrieved and 21 fertilized, 7 they froze right away, 6 they froze at 3 day, 2 they transfered and another 2 made it to 5 day blasts which are now also frozen. SOOO..... I believe it worked really well, Good luck to you on your journey!!! Hope you get awsome results

Hi There, Gonal F definitely helped. 18 good follicles were retrieved all between sizes 18 and 21. I took this together with Lucrin, up to the ER. Took Gonal for about 5 days and they follies just grew and grew. Good luck.
