Gonal F with IUI

Was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on how they took gonal f (what mg) and what days and when did they do the trigger and IUI. I go to another RE tomorrow to inquire about doing this. Im scared and nervous. Just wondering what everyone else did and if you got a BFP. Thanks.

The dosage really vary from case to case based on your response. Usually it takes about 12-14 of stimulation to produce enough mature follicles; you will most likely start on day #3 of your cycle. Be prepared that since it is your first cycle, it may not go "perfectly" since your dr. needs to figure out what dosages work best for you. I was always an over-responder, and IUIs didn't work so well for me b/c I kept producing too many follicles on the lowest dosages so I had to resort to an IVF (and it worked!). Best wishes :)
