, that hair wasn't there before, but there it is (that is until I plucked it). I know my body has been going through a lot these passed months, and my bhcg are back down to a non pregnant state, but still have an u/s on Monday, but anyway that is neither here nor there, back to the hair...
Whilst talking to a very good friend lately, I mentioned the unwanted visitor, the hair, and she mentioned that maybe, JUST maybe I may have follicles
hair growth, or would that be a result of hormones, or are those related somehow? I don't want a beard, that would make my unsupportive b/f jealous, as he can't grow one. HELP!!!!
on your ovaries means, never heard of it, but I just want to let you know that it's most likely hormonally related to what's been going on. I'll tell you what, since my miscarriage and d and c, I've had some weird issues I've never had before. At certain times in the month, I will have weird hairs like that and I didn't before. I also just feel my hormones more: emotionally, I get heartburn now, breast pain (that I've NEVER had before). Lots of weird stuff. I think our hormones may fluctuate more, or get higher or something than they did before. I know it takes a good while to get to normal, maybe even a year for some. So I wouldn't worry too much! I highly doubt that one hair or two on a chin means you have follicles growing on your ovaries, that just sounds kinda crazy to me, but I guess it couldn't hurt to ask your doctor about it. Good luck ttc! I am right now, also. I know it's not always as easy to conceive right after something like this, so just give it time. Like I listen to my own advice, I'm so impatient! :)
I really was hoping not to offend anyone, very happy I didn't :) It is crazy with the hormonal changes I am going through, and well that one really thru me off guard! At this stage in my life, I feel like that although I am only 29, I am going to have a nervous breakdown.
Still curious of what follicales (follicles) on ovaries are, but think that would make me more paranoid then anything else. Does a decrease in estrogen mean an increase of testosterone? I am so out of touch when it comes to things like that.
I will ask my doctor on tuesday anyway. Thanks, hopefully hormonal related, I think I can handle that.
I know that in some cases pcos causes hair growth in some strange places.....but with only one hair.....I would have to agree with the PP, its probably just your hormones out of whack.
