HCG booster shot

How long after the booster shot do I have to wait to test?

Here's the story--the day before my IUI I had an HCG injection, but they saved 1cc of it to give me 6 days later as a booster shot.

I read online that 1cc of hcg is 2500IU.  So I'm assuming they gave me 7500IU initially then the booster of 2500IU--for the whole 10,000IU dose.

I had my initial trigger 10 days ago and the 1cc booster 4 days ago.

I'm just wondering when I can test at home---I know a normal 10000IU dose is usually gone in 10 days but since mine was split into 2 shots, is it still 10 days?

I tested out the whole trigger.. day 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11 Past IUI.
Day 3 Dark +
Day 5 Fairly Dark +
Day 7 Neg.
Day 9 Neg.
Day 10 Light + (I thought i was preggers all day yesterday)
Day 11 Negative (Today)

Sooooo.. looks like I must of had some of the trigger still in my system..   As of today I am not preggers and its Neg.

I had 10,0000 units.
Hope this helps.

I believe the norm is 1 day per 1,000. At least that is what I have read on line.
