HELP! can u get af 3 weeks after dnc

i had a dnc 3 weeks ago only bleed for a week after at my check up everything was good my hcg drop last week and ive been having sex alot and 2 days ago i had a little pink speck on the t.p then yesterday i started to bleed and it only comes on the t.p after i go to the bathroom i wear a pad and theres no blood at all even over night only when i wipe what is this i thought maybe implantation but who knows and if it is af im not sure

are you suppose to be ttc that soon after a dnc? i was told by my md to wait atleast 1 cycle before ttc. i'm not real sure if af comes that soon because i never had to have a dnc after my mc's. if you are only spotting then maybe it could be implantation bleeding. did you have implantation bleeding with your previous mc? sorry i couldn't help more...good luck and baby dust to you.

I think it could be either honestly. After my d and c, I surprisingly got af only about 3 and a half weeks later. I happened to have my follow up appointment during those days, and my doc said yup this is first af. It was weird; light flow the entire 14 DAYS, heavy spotting like your describing. So, keep in mind it may be first af.

It could be AF.  After my D&C I was told that I would get my AF in three weeks.  Boy was that doctor wrong!  So, when I didn't get my AF in four weeks I was really upset and looking for answers and that's how I found this website in the first place.

I went through similiar.  I had heavy bleeding about 3 weeks after dnc doc said it was my period, but then a week or 2 later had heavy bleeding and clotting (most likely tissue left behind)all in all about 6 weeks of bleeding when the bleeding finally stopped 3 weeks latere I finally got my 1st AF ( I read online you have to have about 3 weeks of no blood at all for it to be a period)  good luck Baby dust

I had a d&c July 2 and bled for 2 days but it soon stopped.  My issue now is that I feel a weird cramping almost feeling like it is in my rectum.  Is this normal?  I still haven't had my first period and I leave for a beach vacation this week.  How soon she I expect it?

hi i had Implantation  bleeding on the 2nd May I got period on the 16th May do girls who have periods while pregnant get Implantation bleeding at first  because I'm really confused I'm only 16 what if I'm having a period while pregnant

I had a m/c and d&c 10/08/08 I'm having my 3rd period since then and it's still very light lasting only 1 and half days. Should I be concerned

Hi there,
            In July of last year I had a missed miscarriage and the doctor had sheduled me for a DNC. I was told that i would have just some spotting...but 2 days after I started bleeding very heavily and continued for 3 weeks, I passed very painful blood clots.Doctor said I should be fine.

My husband and I have been trying since October with no success, can a DNC make you infertile, or is this normal.

I have no idea what to do and I'm begining to think this will never happen.
