HSG test last week, FOUND fibroids and polyps???

I had a HSG done last Wednesday, now a week to the day the doctors office called me with the results. I already knew my tubes were open cause the doctor told me during the test, BUT and their is always a BUT...they found polyps/fibroids.

So now I have to go for ultrasound next Wednesday.  UGH!!!  I just had a D&C last January to remove polyps on my uterus, what does this mean????

Could I have endometriosis????

I already know I have pcos, and unexplained infertility....help!

My problem is that my tubes are blocked I also had Fibroids and the once that was found was really big to big to have them removed by Laproscopy so I had surgery done. My surgery was called myomectomy its where they open you up like a c section and remove the fibroids that way well all to say everything came out good. I still did not get preg. The doctor told me to do a Lap to see what is going on when he did he found my tubes blocked and found Endo so had that removed and tubes unblocked still no preg. I had another lap with RE blocked tubes no Endo Open tubes guess what no preg. Ivf time for me just think positive I am getting my Fibroids back but not big like last time do not worry you will be fine baby dust to you

hey i like you also was diagnosed with PCOS back i Oct. in Dec. i found out i had polyps and i needed surgery just this Jan. 6th i had a D&C and the polyps taken out after that my doctor told me to keep my fingers crossed im talking glucophage 500mg 3x a day and hoping to get preg. but still till this day no sign of period and im kind of worried..but you hang in there!! good luck!
