HSG

Hi Everyone,

I heard from my doctors nurse this afternoon, my doctor finally received the report from the radiology department for my HSG.  He saw the same thing, the other doc saw, how one of my tubes are completely clear and the other is questionable.  My nurse told me when I go in next Friday (10/24) he wants to do a blood workup on me.  I asked "why" because I had already given blood last time I was in.  She said he wanted to find out if I have ever been exposed to "chlamydia".  That is when on the inside I started freaking out.  I called my husband as soon I got off the phone and told him to look up chlamydia on google, I was at work at this time.  He told me it is treatable if I have it, but it could also lead to blindness in babies.  I also talked to a good friend of mine, who is a biology instructer and she told me that if I had chlaymida I would know it.  So hopefully that is the case!  I need everyones thoughts and prayers about this, because it is really scaring me.  Good luck to everyone!

I will definatly be praying for you! I am so sorry you are going through this right now. So they think you may have chlamydia because you had a tube blocked. I thought you could get bloked tubes because of normal scar tissue, cyst and just being a women. I hope it's not chlamydia and if it is I'm sure they can give you meds. Good luck :)
