HYSTERO - SALPHINGOGRAPHY + Sacculated Tubes + Help

Hi All

I need some help in trying ti understand the reports i got from

<>

PART X EXAMINED - HYSTERO - SALPHINGOGRAPHY

1) Immediate Picture after Injection 7ML Dye
2) After 5 Minutes 5ML of DYE was again injected

Uterus is normal in size and shape, no filling defect is seen in uterus except some air bubbles.

Both fallopian tubes are opacified upto their lateral ends, Their lateral parts are slight dilated and beaded.

Bilateral sacculated and restricted peritoneal spill is seen, more retsricted on left side.

Conclusion: These findings are suggestive of bilateral partially blocked tubes with mild hydrosalphinx

Can someone please throw some light what the above means, its lot of confusion.

Thanks

Farheen
