Had IUI on the 16th - took HPT early got neg result can this change?

hello i had my iui on the 16th of nov.. now i know that i should wait the 2 weeks for the blood work to get the correct reading, but my question is because i did take the hpt & got neg results 7 days after the iui. i just want to know is it possible that this neg result,  can change to a positive as it gets closer to the 29th when i get my blood work done? the dr has always told me that i can get a false positive result if checked to early but has never said anything about a false neg. Anyknowledge and advised would be helpful and i know that i need to get patience but it is so hard when trying for a long time... thanks and wish everyone healthy babies...

I think u tested too early.  If u test too early u get a false negative.   So u still have a shot.  Good luck on the 29th!
