Has any one any suggestions for relaxing during the 2ww

Thanks to all the ladies who have written to talk of thier symtoms- I am in my 2nd cycle- frozen- and am having cramps all day today-technically period due today as my cycle took a long time (4 days post transfer)
It feesl a bit diferent to the 1st cycle bit more intense but who knows- it is helpful to see al the positive responses to the cramping though!
Any good suggestions for relaxation- the doc said acupunctue but after all the needles already experinced there must be something less scary!!
I am 40 tomorrow s lets see if my 40th year brings me and everyone else luck

Hi, can you share with me the whole experience with the frozen cycle. What treatment did you go before the trf, how many embies you had frozen and how many were trf, what grade were they? I will have my first frozen cycle in January and I am trying to find out more info, I already had three fresh ivf - obviously all failed. I am 38 1/2 , I have 4 embies frozen ( all of them were 8 cell , good grade). Good luck to you and God bless you.

Tell me about it!!! I took a day off and walked in Boston, went to the movies, enjoyed a piece of pumpkin bread (LOVE IT) and now I'm home waiting for my hubby. I woke up very sad actually, and scared but I guess whatever happens it happens.

I will know if I am pregnant on Wednesday, my third IVF and I am 41.

Taking showers, reading, eating (hahahha), walking, etc will help you relax. Meditation if you know how to do it, it helps as well..... praying and counting your blessings help... NOT DOING HPT HELPS.... theye are awful!!!
