i ll try to find more info on it! I know i read its really good for women who have conditions like endo and stuff! I have been taking Vitex and i still have NOT being O'ing regularly and the women i talked to they said with soy they do and they get really strong O pains so im gonna switch after the last of my vitex is gone!
Hmmm! Interesting! I've heard that vitex works in a similar way as clomid, but not soy isoflavones. I wonder, though, if it's only helpful for women who do not ovulate on their own. The article doesn't really say. But very interesting! Thank for sharing!
