Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm not pregnant though i really want to be and don't think i'm going to get my BFP due to some problems.  However, i know i ovulated 28/08/09 normally i get a few cramps but the pain this month was unbearable i was crying couldn't go to the loo as it was to sore pushing down on my ovaries to do both TMI :(  Has anyone ever experienced this pain before?  i still had it the next day but i could cope there was no way i was going to be able to have sex on the 28/08/09.  Could there be a problem?

i'm not on meds but still waiting on an appointment with a fertility specialist, my partner has slow motility and i may need a laparoscopy to see if my tubes are blocked though don't know when all of this will happen.  As far as i am aware we can still conceive but may need help, thanks again
