Help! Spotting!

Ladies I am freaking out. I know as well as all of you that spotting can be very normal in early pregnancy, and that brown blood is old.  As you know I had an excellent HCG today that is more than doubling, and my progesterone numbers are good. Just now, I went to the bathroom and there is a smidge of brown on the tp.  Ivery gently checked around my cervix and there is a lot of CM tinged with brown.  I am so scared!  I know that it can be normal, but can also be the beginning of another m/c.  With my normal progesterone and hcg, what are the chances that this is a m/c?

Okay I called the doctor.  He was comforting and he is going to do an u/s tomorrow afternoon.   This blood is quite sparce and very brown, but scary as all heck.

I cant tell if my cervix is closed, I dont want to mess with it that much.  There is a lot of mucus up there, with whispies of brown in it.  It is very hard though, I was ablt to notice that.....

hey girls, I never bled with my first child so I knew something was up when I started spotting around 6 weeks. My blood was pretty red though. Really light at first, pretty much only when I wiped, but like I said - it was pretty red. I hope this helps. Call your doc girly. At least see if he will check you out. Is your cervix still closed?

The same is happening to me today but with cramping every now and then. I hope this is okay I think we are around the same.

Brown is old blood, which isn't so bad. It isn't uncommon to spot early on at all. You'll see how many posters chime in with great success stories with spotting. Unless there is cramping it is normally not a problem. Always call you dr to check with them, too. I'm praying for you even though I think it's probably ok :)
