Help me understand all the shortnings of words

I don't understand what all the shortnings of words mean like BFG etc.

Can someone help! :)

aint bfg the big freindly giant it was a film in england it gave me the giggles im not making fun it was just funny to read

At the top of this page, on the right hand side is a tab called Health Pages. Click on it and you will see a page for all of the abbreviations used here.  BFP means big fat positive.
