The only number I know about is the FSH and yours is really low..which is great.  Anything under 6 is excellent.  FSH is one measure of your ovarian reserve so it looks like, it that respect, you are in good shape.

It sounds like you aren't ovulating regularly.  Have you tried charting your cycles with a basal thermometer?  Usually with an ovulation disorder, the first line of attack is to try clomid.  That's what I am currently using (I've only been trying for 4 months so far but I had an ovulation disorder where I ovulate late and so far clomid has really helped with that).

I hope someone else can give you some guidance about your other numbers!

That's good news!  Thanks for your reply.  I haven't tried using the basal thermometer -- basically because I never could figure out when to start and such because I do not have regular visits from AF.  Since she's with me now -- I might try that --- it seems hard, though

charting your BBT is easy... you just have to be consistant.  Take your temp as soon as you wake up every morning.  You need to try and take it within 30 minutes of the same time each day.  Just write it down in a spreadsheet or something like that.  There are lots of charts online you can use to help you track if needed.  After a couple of cycles you will start seeing a pattern.  I rarely O on my own so charting my BBT helped me sort thing out.  You will see that your temp drops .5 degrees or so right before O and spikes right after then drops when AF is on the door step.  You will also see what your average temp is inbetween.  It really helped me get in tune with my body....  You should try it...
