Heparin recall

I was also on heparin 2008. I have a lack of protein c in my blood whch causes it to clot. I had to take injections twice a day for 9mons. it was scary. I had a very complicated delivery with my son  and lovenox my son was born in dec 09. He is now 11yrs. old and he has a reading disability. I wanted to know if your child has any problems?  I have always wondered if the blood thinners may have been the cause?

EVERYONE: Just FYI, this is from 2008, so it does NOT affect anyone currently on Heparin. Just wanted to make sure no one thought it was a current recall.  

4andtwins: I'm a little confused. You were on heparin for 9 months in 2008, yet your baby was not born until December 2009? And he's now 11 years old?
