I don't know everything, that's an understatement. But, I'm pretty sure the amts of the aminos isn't near enough to get the benefit. I had Tim on them for a while even though his s/a was good. If I remember correct it was more like 3grams daily, not mg. Also, zinc is really important, but it is stored in the body. If you get too much, it can be harmful. I'd read up on what the symptoms of too much are and keep an eye out for it. The man in that link I posted was taking 1,000mg of vit c.
I do take Vitamin C and L-Arginine, with a Men's Multi that also containes Selenium. I take folic acid, too.

I am no expert in the area by any means. I just know what I have read. It could be genetics. Which you could consult a Genetic Counselor about. Ir, it could be environment or dietary. Heat seems to be one of the main contributors(like I said, at least from what I have read). I work in HVAC and know electricians deal with just as much heat as we do. One man added 1,000 mg of vit C daily and it really improved for him. I don't know what the connection is, but it's cheap and easy to try for starters. I think I would try to determine if your work is the cause. Since sperm replenish quickly and if not ejaculated, reabsorb into the body as new ones are produced, I would do another s/a after you take vacation. Or anytime that you are away from electromagnetic fields and heat. You know what emf can do to a person if they don't know they are getting high readings and don't know it. It can make you physically ill, paraniod, etc. I imagine electricity in general can't be that good for healthy sperm production. I would definitely have another test run after being away from work for at least 4 or 5 days to see if it improves. If it does, you know the reason. If it doesn't, we can try to find other possible reasons. I would definitely start taking the vit C and possibly some L-Lysine and L-Arginine. They are amino acids that can be found at your local vitamin store. As for the round cell count, most sites I looked at (8 to be exact) said under 7 is considered normal :)
Thank you so much. I am an electrician. I wear boxers, but cotton. What is all this abnormality?
what can I do?
Thank you so mich!
While your s/a is a little scary to read, it also seems like all hope is not lost from what I have been reading. The main causes for the abnormal morphology you demonstrate is often attributed to high heat levels. Do you work in a very hot environment? Do you wear boxers or briefs? Sperm are replenished daily by the millions. The sample that was given at the lab may not be the same result you have today as well. Below is a link that gave the best info in layman's terms. I hope it helps.

I am looking for some info now for you Alex. Bear with me.....
All I have to say is HOLY MACKERELL!!! I have never even known sperm had necks, heads, multiples etc....WOW!!! That is amazing!
Just thought I would throw that in there!
