High Dose??? Clomid 100 mg

My RE put me on 100 mg of clomid for 5 days to be followed by 2 days of injectibles.  Does 100 mg of clomid seem high?  I don't know why I'm afraid to talk to my doc...it seems like they're always so rushed sometimes.   But I thought about it and it seemed a bit agressive.  Do you think it's because of my age (40)?

Sounds like your doctor is not wasting anytime, and some women don't respond to 50 mg. I wouldn't be concerned about starting at 100 mg.

well, i started off with 100 mg of clomid. I dont think its too high as long as u do not have pcos.However, I am not aware about it having any adverse effect  in relation to age. Dont be scared about talking to your docs about anything....remember its your body.

I never combined with injectables, but with 50mg, I o'd on CD18, wich 100mg on CD15... (I O'd normally, but used clomid to time it for IUI).

I just finished prometrium to induce af and I will use clomid 100mg for the first time, days 5-9 and I am 21.  I thought it was high at first but I have talked to some friends and they said it was normal.

I don't think 100 mg is high either.  I think it's when you get to 150.  I don't know about using with injectibles, becasue I've only used Clomid by itself - but 100 worked nicely for me twice now.

I took clomid 50,but it doesnot work for me,so the doctor put me in clomid 100 ,I donot know is that going to me or not;I have my LH hormon is so low ,what do you guys think?
