High Hcg level

I just had my beta test done today after IVF transfer on 2/9 and my level was 202.  So, first of all, I am just thrilled with the positive result after 4 years of trying!  The nurse said that anything 50 or greater is normal, but this number is high.  I'm just wondering if this is indicative of twins or multiples (they put in 4 enbryos)?  Does anyone have any experience with this?  Thanks and best wishes to all of you!
