High Prolactin?

I just found out today that I have highish levels of Prolactin, my dr is running blood tests to see if its gotten any worse. Now I know that high levels of prolactin CAN cause temporary infertility. My question is have any of you experienced high levels of prolactin and been able to successfully conceive and carry out a pregnancy? Im aware this may have been the cause of my miscarriage earlier this year but it makes me wonder if I could potentionally have another shot at having a child
