High prolactin

Prolactin level is high around 500.i am taking dostinex half tablet every week.would it take time to be cured?a month?

I, myself had hyper prolactinoma with a pituitary adenoma that prevented me from ovulating hence not getting pregnant. I was put on Cabergoline (Dostinex) 1/2 a pill twice a week and increased to 1 pill twice a week three months later. I'm assuming my prolactin went down because I'm now 8 weeks pregnant. FYI I've had high prolactin and been on Cabergoline for six years

Are you on any medication? When I was on rispiridone my prolactin levels went though the roof. Got placed on depacote and took off rispiridone and I've gone down to normal levels now but before that was so high I had to go see a specialist until they realised it was medication. X
