Hi again again, is 6 days post transfer of 2 embryos too early for me to be totally disappointed and upset with a negative result??  I know that i took one 2 days ago and it was positive and now negative. please someone reply

Most likely when you checked 4 days post transfer, you got a positive because it was from your trigger.  I think the earliest you should check if you had a 3 day transfer should be 10 day post transfer, so don't be upset, its too early to test

Thank you so much for your reply, by nature I am a VERY impatient person anyway, so you can only imagine how impatient I am now!!  I am going to be 38 in 2 months as well as my husband this month, and this is try number 3 first time nothing happenned because they put me on the short treatment then the second time they only retrieved 1 egg because not enough medication was given to me, and this time, I had 10 eggs 9 fertilized all top grade quality so 7 are in the freezer., and the only reason we are doing IVF is because my husband had a vasectomy 6 years ago (second marriage for both).,  Anyway i wont start panicking yet, and again than you for your reply!!

For those who are on their TWW and want to know what is going on in there here is a list for 3 and 5 day transfers.

This is what happens in a 5dt:

-1dpt ..embryo is growing and developing
0dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
1dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
2dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
3dpt.. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
4dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
5dpt.. Morula is completely implanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells
6dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
7dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
8dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
9dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

this is what happens in a 3dt :

Thank you so much for that timeline, makes me feel so much better knowing what is going on in there!  So tommorrow Morula should be completely implanted in the lining, I just wish there was some way of knowing if these two little embryos actually implanted, if not both at least one of them!  Also, I am wiping alot of the Citrione gel that i vaginally insert nightly, when i pee I am getting little chunks of it coming out, is that something that is normal or should I call my doctor about it??  Again, thank you so much for the info and a reply to the last question would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know about the gel... I had the injections.

I use Crinone. It is ICKY! I have to (TMI here) scoop some out every night before I put another one in. It is soooooo gross but totally normal. Your body is sucking all of the progesterone out of it and leaving the rest it doesn't need. So, scoop and wipe :) That is all you can do :) HUGS and good luck!
