Hoping for good news!

My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for over a year now. I have an appt next week with a fertility specialist but I'm hoping this is the month I get good news. I'm supposed to start my period in 3 days and I haven't tested yet but I feel pregnant! I don't know if it's just me wanting a baby so bad or if I really am pregnant, been having nausea like crazy, mild cramps, and feeling very tired. I am praying for good news!

Well I guess I should say I haven't tested to we're I take the result seriously. I tested 2 days ago it was a faint positive and then tested again yesterday and a definite negative. I know it's too early but I'm hoping I miss my period and get that awesome news that I'll be having a baby!!!
