Hoping to concieve(conceive)

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for the past 3 months. I have been using ovulation tests in the morning and taking my temperature daily. We have had sex when I was ovulating and post ovulation, my tests are still showing positive for ovulation and my temperature is higher than normal. Could the ovulation test be a sign of pregnancy? Can anyone tell me what the positive LH surge after ovulation means? Thanks for your responses.

I was just reading about the ovulation tests. They say to test in the afternoon about 2PM. I hope that helps and GOOD LUCK!!!
