How many Follies for IVF?

When you use a stimulation medication like Follistim, how may follicles does a woman usually produce?

My RE expected about 15 in an ideal scenario.  Too many may compromise embryo quality and too few (<4) may not produce the optimal # of embryos.  The number of follicles varies a LOT across women and also depends on your protocol.
