How many days after an IUI do you know if it worked?

Hello. I had an IUI on 6/9/10. I had two good eggs 21mm and 23mm. I am 2days post IUI and I had thick, gooey, pink tinged discharge today. Is that normal?? I was also wondering how many days you have to wait to know if it worked?? Thanks!!

Hi there.  I got my first positive hpt at 11dpiui.  Everyone is different though, as implantation can occur sooner or later in diffierent individuals. I "tested out" the trigger so i knew that when the positive came back it was the real deal.

I dunno about the discharge - i'm thinking its a mixture of CM and blood from when the catheter was inserted.  Im thinking that would be too early for implantation bleeding or anything of that sort.

Best of luck to you.

hi casey!!  i am 11dpiui cycle and did not get that pink tinged discharge.  i never really got any signs, but i can tell u i feel like af is coming.  i believe u have to wait 14days to get accurate blood result.  u can test a coulple days before that like i did, but it would just be a dissapointment if it were negative.  lots of luck to u!!!!!  when af comes around again i am going for another iui cycle.  which means back on clomid and trigger shot!!!!!!!!!!
