How soon after LAP can we bd?

Hi. I am having a LAP on Wed,which is cd 9. I am on my 4th round of clomid,( taken days 2 to 6 ), so my estimated o day is Fri-Tues. Does anyone know if we can bd this cycle, seeing as it's so soon after the LAP/ Hysteroscopy? Or should I be patient and wait til next cycle to try again? Will ask obyn, but just wondering if you guys have any opinion or expeience.

Well i had my Laparoscopy+HSG in April on cd 7.I was on femara that cycle and my doc advised me to start BDing from cd 11.I had no problems with BDing that cycle.The only problem  had after Lap was soreness around the abdomen for 3 days and pain in shoulders for nearly a week.I also kept spotting for most of the days after the procedure til i got my af.Hope this helps.

If all they are doing is looking around, I would think it would be fine to go ahead and bd this cycle.  If they actually had to cut into your uterus or tube, I could see where they might want you to wait a cycle.  

When I had my lap done they removed two fibroid, and I still don't remember having to sit the cycle out.  But I wouldn't' swear on it either.

Your doctor will let you know if you need to wait or not. I had a hysteroscopy with my lap and was told to wait 2 weeks before BD'ing.
