How soon can you get pregnant after removal of mirena coil?

Hi, I had my Mirena coil taken out on 30th sep, 12 days ago and i was wondering how long after would it be that i could possibly become pregnant?? My period was  ment to start on the 7th oct but it hasnt, is this due to the removel of the coil or is there a chance i could be pregnant??

so i had an iud put in feb 2011, removed by jan 17th 2012, no period during iud, now since its been removed no period yet. I wanna get pregnant right away but my 2 tests have been negative. i feel pregnant thou...i got heartburn, acid reflex, constipation, nausea, frequent urination, sore breasts, etc.... but i took a test valentines day and it was negative then i took one on march 5th and that was negative too so maybe my body isn't ready to get pregnant yet or i haven't ovulated.....

Any luck?  I had my IUD out almost six weeks ago.  No spotting or a period since then.  NOTHING.  Pregnancy tests are NOT coming out positive. I keep having major cramping so I keep thinking my period will start the next day and then nothing.  Frustrated...
