Hypothyrodism & Uterine Septum Removal

Hi,

I'm 33 yrs old and I have hypothyrodism and had a hysterscopy to remove the septum in my uterus.  I've tried clomid right after the surgery and still no success.  My RE told me I wasn't infertile and nothing was wrong with my husband.  We want to try IUI and IVF but we don't have the money for it right now.

I also had a fibroid, but told that it wasn't blocking anything, I have had a HSG, ultrasound, etc.

So I'm wondering if I need another opinion as to why we can't conceive, it has become stressful.
