I am 48 and was born with only one fallopian tube and ovary. The past two years my menstrual cycles has been all over the place. However, four months ago I started to have 2 cycles a month some lasting almost the entire month combined. Had an MRI which showed I have Hydrosalpinx in the fallopian tube. I also have a couple of small fibroids
on the uterus. This is really upsetting my quality of life. Next week I am having a uterin biopsy done. My doctor has asked me if I had an idea of what I would like done. Of course due to the constant throbbing pain and bloating I want the tube out. However, I am really thinking of having a total hysterectomy
