I NEED HELP BADLY FOR GETTING CONCEIVE PLS .ADVICE

ON MY LAST POST I MENTIONED ONLY ABOUT OB/ I NEVER BEEN INTO  RE OR FERTILITY SPECIALIST YET ,BUT BECAUSE I AM SOUNDS TO BE HURRY FOR GETTING CONCEIVE , IM SO SAD WHEN I TOOK THE PREG TEST IS NEGATIVE .I HAD DONE A HYSTEROSALPINGOGRAM ,AND YET IT WAS GREAT ,AND NO BLOCKAGE ON MY TUBE ,AM SO GLAD OF HAVING ONE OVARY IM BLESSED THAT I CAN GET PREGNANT  THATS WHAT THE DOCTOR SAID ,I CAN BE ABLE TO HAVE A FUTURE TWIN BABY TOO BECAUSE OF TAKING A CLOMID ,AND I AGREE WITH THAT BECAUSE IVE HEARD FROM SOMBODY ELSE THAT WILL BE ONE OF THE CLOMID EFFECTS.
MY QUESTION IS : DO I NEED TO GET A PAP SMEAR THIS NEXT VISIT TO MY OB /BECAUSE I AM PLANNING TO GO BACK AFTER MY PERIOD COME ,OR I GO GET PAP SMEAR BEFORE THE PERIOD COME ,I REALLY DONT HAVE AN IDEA ON HOW IT WORK BECAUSE I NEVER BEEN MARRIED BEFORE NO KIDS ,NOT AT ALL .THIS IS MY VEY FIRST MARRIED , AND I AM NOT 34 YEARS OLD ,AND OF COURSE ITS GETTING LATE TO CONCEIVE I GUESS ..IS THE HYSTEROSALPINGOGRAM  HAS EVERTHING CHECKED INSIDE OF MY OVARY ..OR DO I NEED TO GET PAP SMEAR SOON ,BECAUSE THE SALPINGOGRAM WAS DONE LAST NOVEMBER 2006 ..AND I REALLY DONT KNOW WHATTO DO ,.PLS HELP ME i need advice what am i suppose to do

A word of advice, please don't use all caps when you post.  I almost didn't read your post because you posted in all caps and that's kind of irritating to try and read. Actually, it's considered shouting.  If anything, just take the caps lock off and type in lower case, you don't necessarily have to worry about capitalizing the first letter of your sentences either.

I'm not quite sure of your question but I'll try to answer you.  Yes, you need to get a Pap smear at least once a year whether or not you are trying to conceive.  But a Pap smear doesn't really tell you about your fertility, it mainly detects cervical cancer or certain kinds of infections.  If you had a hysterosalpingogram then that test is to see if your tubes are open and if there are any abnormalities in your uterus.  If you want to have your ovaries checked then I believe an ultrasound and bloodwork should help you.  Your doctor should then go over the results with you and let you know what direction you should be taking.  And I'm not sure what you meant when you said that you are not 34, I'm not 34 either but that doesn't tell you much of anything.  Are you saying you're OVER 34 or UNDER 34???

Depending on how long you've been TTC, it may be time to ask for a referral to an RE. I had high hopes after getting good HSG results, only to find out later how limited that test is. Rule of thumb is-12 months of TTC, ask for a referral. Once your 35+, ask for the referral after 6 months of TTC.

From putting the pieces together with all the other posts, this is what I gather. You are almost 34. Had an ovary removed, have been on clomid, at 22mm had a trigger shot and did not conceive. Had HSG last yr and the remaining tube is clear. Is there any other info besides how long ttc? Any mc? Have you had progesterone checked? Cycles regular? Do you temp? Opk? When was last round of clomid? Are you still on clomid? How many mos?

In general you are suppose to get a pap smear every year.   If you haven't had one at the time of your first prenatal visit , they will give you one then.  I would just stick with your regular pap schedule.  

Pap smear has nothing to do with fertility or being able to conceive.   It also doesn't have anything to do with the timing of a hystersalpingogram.  

Also you're not guaranteed of having twins just because you are taking clomid.  

I'm still kind of confused as to what you're question is, though.

Also pap smear doesn't check your ovary.    Pap smear just checks to see if you have abnormal cells in your cervix  It is to detect cervical cancer.   If you are going to an OB/GYN already then I would get your pap smear a year from your last one.

Im very sorry for writing in a capital letters last posted.sorry for that .well am just turning 34 this week ,and im glad about your advice ,anyway theres some words missing on my last paragraph and i apologize for it ,and i am new on this forum ,if i got some mistakes pls forgive me ,

I have peace of mind now ,since i read all your advice and important opinion from you guys .

my last clomid ended at April 18 ,and then i never get the preg test since because i am not expecting am pregnant which i have a cramps ,normally i can feel this if my period is coming . boobs are sore too .

If my i have my period coming this month ,i am on irregular thats why i cant figure it out when it coming ,because sometimes i takes 2 months . then sometimes 35 -37 days .its weird .eventhough my ovary was removed it wont  become a regular ,before my cyst was removed ,on my left ovary ,i experience 9 months without having a period .and it bother me a lot why ?i never knew that i had a Dermoid cyst ,later on after the ultrasound was done ,because i went to the OB for fertility/infertility sought.
    I cant believe it for the first time ,.but she advice me to removed it and it will be done.
    
  by the way  no M/C ,never had ,and i never tried opk. never tried temp check.non of those ,because i always wait for the doctors check.i take clomid on the first round is 50mg per day from second day of my period ...and then on the 2nd round upto  3rd round the doctor increase the dosage into 100mg and i dont know for the 4rth . she already told me that she will give me another fertility pills if this wont work ...
  for me i really wanted to jump up into IVF ..but my question is ,is this a 90% successfully for the fist attemp ,or do we need to to get a bed rest for the trimester  upon having IVF ...i really dont have idea of this yet .
    If for example the first IVF failed , then the doctor will give another IVf for the 2nd attempt ,do i need to wait another month telll i  have my period and wait the ovulation ?
