I am 7 weeks pregnant and heavily bleeding, HCG of 5000

Hey guys, I'm new to this, and really need some advice, I am 7 weeks pregnant but bleeding heavily, just seen the doctor yesterday and he has checked my HCG level which is 5000, I don't understand all this, he says he will need to check again with second blood test, I had my scan and saw the baby sack. I am getting weird pain last few days, I don't know if anyone else has experienced this or heard of this, can you please kindly advice me or something, I'm worried sick... Many thanks in advance

When your HCG gets checked again and it's significantly lower than the one yesterday then its quite possible that you are miscarrying. I've bled before with my first child and I still went on to deliver a healthy baby but I've been pregnant six times with two live births and all my miscarriages also started with heavy bleeding. I want you to prepare yourself for the worse but hope for the best. The sack won't disappear till you've fully miscarried (if that's what you're going through right now). Good luck my dear.
