I am an open-mouth sleeper would this affect my charting?

I take my bbt orally. but I sleep with my mouth wide open would this affect my temps?

You need to use an actually basal body temperature thermometer.  They are sold at the drug store or a store like target or online.  They sell for about $15.

Hi, can I use a normal Thermometer to measure my temp or must it be one specific for ovulation?

I also sleep with my mouth open and it usually doesn't affect BBT.  Getting up a lot in the night does affect it, however, from my experiences.
