I don't have any medical problems . And I don't take medican regullary

I want to get pergnent from 7 months, and I don't use any kind of birth control, I have used last month the Clomiphene Citrate 50mg,,,, the 5th day of my period, for 5 days two bills a day, and at 12 day I have got the ingection that maturing my eggs ,,, and I do every thing my doctor say,,, but nothing come like I was hope to .

My last period was at 12,May,2007,,,, and its comes every month in the right time ,,,, and it come every 30 days.

No I want to get pregnent but not as usuall way , I want to use the medical help,,,, and I am planning to have twins,,,,please what can you tell me to do and when????

It sounds as if the medical help is steering you in the right direction. You said you took 5 days of Clomid. Did you only do that for one cycle? Also, it's nice to be optimistic, but there is no way to "plan" for twins. It's a nice blessing when it does happen, but it's not something you can just take a pill and make happen.
