I had inv few months ago and I miscarried

I had inv few months ago and I miscarried in 8th week. The doctor says that it is a good sign that the embryo implanted, but I am devastated by the whole thing. The whole process was never ending, all the shots I needed to take, the money. I want to try again asap (I am waiting for my period after d&c 4 weeks ago). Did anyone had similar situation, was the second inv successful?

Thanks for the response, no they did not tell me. They said it happens. Should they tell me what caused it?
