I have a question...

Does evening primrose oil really help with getting pregnant?  Also baby asprin?  I am on cycle day 10 and needing any advice to help me conceive other than my clomid that I took cycle days 3-7.  ANY advice is appreciated!

If you're on clomid, I wouldn't take Evening Primrose Oil or any other herbs without talking to your doctor first. Many herbs and natural fertility supplements can actually interfere with the fertility meds, so it's better to avoid them in medicated cycles (although EPO can help with cervical mucus, if that is a concern...just make sure you check with your doctor first). As for baby aspirin, you probably could use that, unless you have a medical condition that puts you at a higher risk of bleeding. I was on baby aspirin while TTC (it was suggested to me by my RE after my first miscarriage) and many others on here have been in baby aspirin too. But check with your doctor just to be sure. I'v been taking baby asprin and folic acid for the last 6 months even before TTC since my miscarriage..honestly last month while on clomid (first cycle) it dried the hell out of me so i decided to use Robitussin this month and c if it works..

Heather: did u succeed up to full term pregnancy right after baby asprin? or did it take u a while?

Hi Just a quick message about Baby asprin, I took this while on Clomid & folic acid and when i went in to see my doc i told him i was taking asprin and he said to stop immediatly, he said it can do more harm than good if you dont need it. Like Heather has said its important you consult your GP before taking any medication.
