I need advice plz

I know this is probably TMI so i totally say srry if so but i keep hearing that if u have chlamydia it will make u infertile. i was diagnosed w/it once when i met my hubby 3yrs ago and i have no idea where it came from of course u dont get symptoms but anyway i took the med that dr prescribed but my now hubby did not cus we couldnt afford his w/no insurance and i was told it would come bk if he didnt take the med too but my hubby says he cant smell me like he used to i dont think i have it now but not sure so what do u think my odds are that it came bk and what are my odds of getting prego now? i dont have PID i know that for sure i have no pains in my pelvis.

I would think after 3 years of yearly paps it might would have been detected. Just go to your OB/GYN and tell them you are thinking of starting a family and you've had a + for chlamydia in the past and wanted to make sure all your std's tests were normal. Really, it is not a big deal (it may seem embarrassing) and go from there

The only way I know of it causing infertility is it could block your tubes... that is one of the main causes of blocked fallopian tubes from what i understand... But it's not very common so hopefully they are fine for you!
