I ovulated this morning.. how long does it last?

I used a strip at about 10 this morning and it was positive for ovulation and i had the cm to go with it. I had cramps and pain in the left ovary. We bd'd last night at about 4 and will this afternoon around the same time. Is there a chance I just completely missed my chance of getting pregnant?

I was told that "Typically a LH surge (positive ovulation test) happens between 24-48hrs before ovulation" and "sperm can live up to 5 days. So if you had a positive opk this am you will ovulated sometime between tomorrow morning and tuesday morning. I would suggest bd today for sure and the next 2 days. Thats what we did this month too :)
