IUI / QUICK QUESTION

Does anyone know if you can have pretty strong period cramps and be pregnant or have the period cramping during pregnancy?

Hi,

yes, in my experience cramping does not necessarily mean your period is on the way.

My last pregnancy (which I unfortunately miscarried @ 8 weeks), I had cramping from ovulation on and was sure my period was going to arrive any second.

Lack of cramping also doesn't mean anything!

My friend had af like cramping after her ivf and found out she was pregnant. The nurse told her it was probably her uterus stretching. I've had cramping every am since Weds but no af yet. It could also be the meds for me. I have a week before I'll test. I hope your af does not come and you get a bfp soon.

I have heard many people say that they felt like they were getting thier period b/c of cramps and they ended up being pregnant.  So I wouldn't rule it out.
