yeah dainsey i agree with gerbeira.... sometimes we have just go ahead and trust the doc's... well this is also just an info off the internet right.... how far do we know this is true?? gotcha thinking :) dont worry i am sure ur are absolutely fine. :)

the time diff between my first and second one was about less than 20hrs..... hope it was fine....

once u take ur HCG shot i guess it does give u ample time to ovulate!! take it easy and stress free for the next 2 days more importantly, so this way ur body will respond properly to those swimmers!!

all the best!! will be waiting for ur update!!

I'm going to be so upset if I already ovulated by the time I get into the office tomorrow.
Hopebaby07: How many hours later was your 2nd one?

Mine was

1st IUI 15 hours after HCG
2nd IUI 36 hours after HCG

I guess this is why doctor changed my appt I wondered why he changed it to two hours earlier.  I hope it works.

Hi girls...just got back from my second IUI, husbands sperm was a little low...but doctor said not a problem.  but you know the smallest thing can get us to worry.

I've been fighting a cold also doctor said I couldnt take anything so its still lingering around.

Dainsey my husband gave me my shot on the stomach also....

Doctor did say this is the hardest part and I agree the waiting is the worst.  I just started a knitting project my cousin and one of my best friends are pregnant so I started a baby blanket.

Did you guys tell alot of people about your IUI, I tried not too just incase it doesnt stick...

Wouldn't the second IUI have a smaller amount of "swimmers" since your husband just gave some the morning before?  I would think that would be normal...
Did you guys have sex in between your two IUI's?

I've only told my mom and two friends...I try not to worry...what drives me nuts is if the sperm are where they should be...what would keep them from meeting up with the egg and pregnancy happening?

My stomach is now hurting a little bit from where the shot was.  Did you guys feel any different the day you got the shot.  I keep sitting here wondering when I'll feel something :-)

Yeah I know what you mean, I told my mom and my cousin.  At work a couple of girls have been curious of why I go to too many doct appts.  I just say taht I'm being tested just to make sure that when we start trying having babies..that everything is ok.  I just dont feel ok people knowing my business

dainsey, I still feel a little irritation where i got the HCG shot.  I was thinking that i did something wrong but know that you mention you feel the same maybe we did it right.

I know I worry about the semen , I just want everthing to be ok...I asked the doctor the same thing that if his volume was smaller because we had just had the first IUI the yesturday and he said yes...not to worry.  that it was going to be ok.

doctor said to take Progesterone, and on feb. 2nd I'm suppose to take a home preg. test if positive I need to continue taking the progesterone and go in for blood test.  and if not I stop taking the progesterone and call on the first day of period to begin another cycle.

Friday wow that is just around the coner....
