IUI

Hello everyone I'm new at this. Ive been trying for almost two years now and have been going to a fertility specialist for 4 months now. They havent said there really is a problem except for my uterus lining a little thin and my mucus is also thin. Ive been on clomid for the past 4 months and i just had an iui done three days ago. Does anyone have the same problem?

Hey, I know I heard that Clomid can cause your uterine lining to be thin. Was your uterine lining thin before the Clomid. I hope this IUI works for you. I am in the dreaded TWW too. I had an IUI on Thursdya and Friday

Hi Forever-- I've heard the same about clomid.  I've also read that it can build-up in the body so the impact on the lining and cm could theoretically get worse with each month.  My RE put me on clomid last month and then switched to Femara this month.  The Femara seems to have been more effective and my RE actually said my lining "plumped-up" between yesterday and today.  You may want to see if your RE will let you try Femara next month-- but maybe you won't need it... maybe you'll be surprised with a BFP in 10 days! Baby dust...
