IVF COST

Just want to know what insurance carrier that covers IVF cost not just the diagnostic testings,The procedure it self ?

insurance is very state dependent.
ours was 90% covered.  we have aetna and live in maryland (which is a state that mandates fertility treatment coverage but the laws are complicated....)

My insurance covered zero.  Some employers in my area cover IVF costs for one or two tries, but it is nothing mandated by the state where I live.

We live in Illinois and have blue cross blue shield and have state mandated infertility coverage, but their are restrctions and limits on number of ivf cycles. You cannot purchase coverage on an individual policy usually it has to be through an employer To get infertility coverage.

I live n GA and have United Healthcare, it covers unlimited IUI's and 2 IVF cycles per year (but that doesn't include medicine) and there are still "co pays" for doctors visits and procedures. I would check around and see what your state offers.

you would really need to look to see what your company offers. Each company pays for different coverage to offer there employees.
I live in NY & have GHI thru the USPS (post office)  I had 3 IVF attempts (lifetime)
My husband has Cigna & has $30,000.

Hi,
   I and my tubes tied so insurance only paid for testing and meds. If I didn't it would have paid for most but 42 years old is the cut off. Iwas 43 when we started IVF.
