insurance is very state dependent.
ours was 90% covered. we have aetna and live in maryland (which is a state that mandates fertility treatment coverage but the laws are complicated....)
coverage, but their are restrctions and limits on number of ivf cycles. You cannot purchase coverage on an individual policy usually it has to be through an employer To get infertility
and have United Healthcare, it covers unlimited IUI's and 2 IVF cycles per year (but that doesn't include medicine) and there are still "co pays" for doctors visits and procedures. I would check around and see what your state offers.
you would really need to look to see what your company offers. Each company pays for different coverage to offer there employees.
