My boyfriend and I are going to have the IVF procedure done soon and I was trying to gather up as much information as possible. Im 33 years old and have one fallopian tube and it's blocked
. it is unrepairable. my other fallopian tube exploded when i had an eptopic pregnancy back in 2000. i do however have a child that i conceived with no problems prior to the eptopic pregnancy. i went to a fertility specialist who performed the hsg test on me, hence i found out my remaining tube was blocked
. she also took my blood to see if i was ovulating. the first time the dr received my blood work back she said my results were low, but we would try again next month. when i did the blood test again, she called me and said the results were the same and its not a good sign. she said we could try one more procedure to see if there was more of an issue than just my tubes being blocked
. when she did the ultra sound on my ovaries, the dr told me everything looked great and that sometimes blood draws are not always accurate. my question is, if everything is fine with me except my tubes being blocked
