IVF and Rest

Does anyone know how long one should rest after starting IVF? Do you rest during injections, or only after transfer? Or both? The reason I ask is that I am to start injections soon (sept. 2nd), and I also start my semester back at college September 2nd so i will be carrying books and walking around campus, up flights of stairs etc. I know 26 seems old to be in school still but I did things a little backwards lol. Anyways any advice would help. Thanks:)

I was told to rest the day of retrieval and after transfer.  RE's recommendations differ from clinic to clinic.

They usually tell you to rest a day after retrieval and 48 hours after transfer. Helen is right each RE is different. The rest is for our emotional, and mental well being.
