IVF and downregulation

I have been on Zoladex for last 3 months for downregualtion ( endometriosis). I started with my IVF cycle on 2nd July but it could not be continued as I didn,t have immunity to rubella, at that time my endometrial thickness was 3mm.
So I ended up having 3rd zoladex. Now before my last injection was out of my system, I have started on busesrlin (from 15th August) and I am supposed to take them for 2 weeks.I am having a baseline scn on 2/09/2008.My questions
1.How many days the cycle will last(  I was told by nurse - 2 to 2 and half weeks after stimaulation by nurse whom i don't trust, as she had given wrong inf. in the past)
2. My endometrial thickness was alredy 3 mm last month, I am sure it would have reduced further. I have read that for transfer optimal thickness is 7 mm.Is this going to have an impact on the outcome.
