IVF medication protocol
Hi.. first post on this forum.  37;  TTC for @4.5 years; 1 year now assisted fertility.  Did 3 IUI's since 9/2008; got pregnant on #3 but miscarried at 7 weeks.  After the mc, proceeded w/ IVFin July; my dr. was shocked that I responded worse on protocol for IVF than IUI (Femera +75 UI of follistem for 5 days- - 2nd IUI had 6 mature).   That IVF was cancelled & we just did a IUI (failed).  This next time around he put me on a "micro-flare' protocol for non-responders - - diluted Lupron AM & PM; menopur 150 IU inAM; 300 of Follistem in PM.  I responded only slightly better than last time!  Decided to go for it; got 6 eggs; 2 were not mature; 2 did not fertilize; 2 did with one good quality, other not so good.  Tomorrow is my blood test but i know i am not pregnant (took HPT yesterday - BFN; and no symptoms at all, like when I was pregnant).  As I am trying to dig from within to go down this path again, wanted to know if anyone out there can share what protocol their doc put them on for non-responders?

Sometimes not having Lupron in your protocol can make a large difference.

Hoping for a miracle on your blood test tomorrow!

I get about 8 mature eggs either with Lupron or Birth control pills, however I'm on every high dose of medication, 600 units in total bravelle and menopur.  This comming 5th cycles, I'll have have 675 units of follitism + menopur.
I did not produce much on my first cycle with 225 bravelle + 75 repronex then increase 225 bravell + 150 repronex.
