As far as sucess rates, if your cyles are synched up enough, I think it's the same. As far as costs, that will probably depend on whether you're on the same insurance plan or not. I'm also thinking that some costs for the drugs you'll have to take before hand might be doubled as you'd both have to take them - or at least some of them - to get your cyles in synch etc. It's probably best to have a consultation with an RE to be sure of all the details, etc.
