short answer to ur question is no. it's not possible to "make sure" ur sis has identical twin girls. that would be a million dollar discovery procedure! lol! good luck to ur sister and tell her all dreams can come true if u wish hard enough! hopefully she'll have the girls she's wishin for......take care

are you kidding me? there is NO way to just "order" Identical twin girls. It's not a restaurant you know.  I get the "sillyness" of your question since you are only 15 sweetie:)

Tons of women in this site will die for anything that resembles a healthy baby!!!
Tell your sister to be thankful to God that at least she has a baby!!!!

IVF will allow you to transfer 2 embies but no guarantee both will take or that either will divide. And as mentioned above, you can choose sex through genetic manipulation, but it's really expensive. I'd likely focus more on having a HEALTHY baby then choosing the sex, but of course that's coming from someone who has spent a LOT of time and money just trying to have one of whatever God gives me.

I agree with amandamae that Identical twins is a miracle.  There are no Fertility drugs in the world that can create that.  The egg has to split on it's own.
I believe the majority of twins these days are from Ferility drugs.

Twins don't run heavily in our family
but they are present on my moms side
more than my dads

Shes my sister but i'm my moms actual twin set.

We already know he produces only females too.

I don't think it's possible. Faternal twins can be heriditary, but identical twins are a freak of nature (a beautiful freak of nature, but none the less so). The only way to garuntee having girls alone is to do genetic testing...expensive.
