Illness and Ovulation

Does being sick influence ovulation at all?  I am 10 DPO and have a mild head cold, just some sniffing and headaches.  I have read some of you l;adies referencing not thinking you were pregnant because either DH or you were sick.  Does that somehow influence ovualtion if I am sick.... as long as we still BD shouldnt everything be okay?

I chart my temps and they have been dipping way down, last night I took a huge dip.....   does this have something to do with me being sick?

If anyone wants to look at my chart my Fertility Friend Log in is

srfoshee  password: w1r2

Thanks!!!

Yes, that's what the doctor told me in January.  I was 17 days later than normal for getting AF and she said that since I had been so sick (stomach virus got me 3 times!!!) that I had probably O'd late. She said anytime your body is that different than normal, it falls into the "stress" category and can make all kinds of wacky things go on with your cycle.
