A quick update:
my HCG levels are definetely plateu and even though they do not think is Trophoblastic disease doctors are still unvconfortable with this situation. So tomorrow I have to go for my third shot of Methotrexate.
It sucks because we will not be able to do the IVF #2 for another 3 month but on the other side I hope the levels will go back to zero sooner.
So I will be out of the game at least until October (if everything goes well).
Tomorrow before the shot I'm also going to get a second opinion from a different RE.I love my RE but I need to hear also what another doctor thinks.
I'm soooo confused and frustraded and scared (when they told me it could be troph.Dis I really panicked since is a kind of cancer!!!)
Baby dust to all of you and I hope that in the next 3 month you will all get BFP !!!!!
I am so sorry to hear this... Your numbers were so low, but now just seem to be struck there... I can on imagine your fustration and now to have to worry about Trophoblastic. Who needs that on top of everything else?..
I think a second opinion is a great idea. Can't they just go in there and clean out whatever mass is still in your tube?
Thanks for the update, I was wondering how it was going. I'm sorry there's added worry. But, I am glad the are finally paying attention. I wish they would have taken action sooner. I'd heard of a women taking a long time to come back down. I thought that was way too long.
